- Application Opens: Mark your calendars! The scholarship application for the 2025-2026 cycle will open on December 15, 2024. This earlier start date allows applicants more time to prepare and submit their materials well before the busy end-of-year rush.
- Orientation: Scholarship recipients will receive their orientation in May 2025, a change from previous cycles. By shifting the orientation to May, we’re ensuring that scholars have ample time to focus on the end of the academic year before diving into the scholarship requirements.
New Scholarship Awards Ceremony Luncheon
In a refreshing update, our annual Scholarship Awards Spanish Nite Gala has been transformed into a Scholarship Awards Ceremony Luncheon on June 14, 2025. This luncheon event will bring together scholars, families, and the Hispanic League community in a more accessible and family-friendly format. The Scholarship Awards Luncheon will celebrate the academic achievements of our scholarship recipients in an uplifting and intimate setting.
Upcoming Fundraising Gala
But don’t worry—we’re still hosting a gala! Next winter, we’ll hold a Fundraising Gala dedicated to raising additional funds for future scholarship recipients and other Hispanic League initiatives. The new format will allow us to spotlight the impact of your contributions and invite even more members of our community to join us in supporting the educational goals of Hispanic students.
